Return Policy

At ASC Fashion Store Pvt. Ltd., we value your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

• There is no exchange for fabric quality, like dislike, color difference  or gift not accepted

• Return will be only done in case of genuine defect, but the customer will have to make a 360-degree uncut parcel opening video and check the complete suit in the video itself If the customer doesn't have parcel opening video, no return or exchange will be done.
  
  

• Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Innerwear, accessories, and customized orders are not eligible for return.

How to Return Once Eligible :

1. Contact us via email at cxsupport@ascfashionstore.com or within 7 days.

2. Provide order ID, reason for return, and images (if applicable).

3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product.

4. On receiving the returned item and passing quality check, we will initiate a refund or exchange.

Refund/Exchange Timelines:

• Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Exchanges: Once Approved the product will be delivered within 7 days business days
