Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 29 April 2025

Refund Policy:

360 degree parcel opening video is must for any complaint if no parcel opening video we will not entertain customer for any refund or exchange policy.
Applicable only for returned items that meet our return eligibility criteria.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and verifying the return.
For COD orders, we issue refunds via bank transfer (please provide bank details during return initiation).

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours or before they are shipped.
Cancellation will be allowed only within 24 hours of order after 24 hours we won't cancel the order and dispatch it.
If customer calls or cancel the order within 24 hours, in this case we will accept the cancellation, but the refund will be done after deduction of 5% GST & 1.5% payment gateway charges, as we do not take any extra charges from the customer.
Post-dispatch, cancellations must follow the return process.
