We aim to deliver your fashion favorites quickly and safely across India, but customer will have to keep patience and cooperate us for couriers as they are 3rd party services so it takes time for replies and incase if they do not reply and delaying the order we cannot call them directly we will have to follow the escalation process which they provide and entertain.
Shipping Options & Timelines:
We have free shipping all over India on our all products but this shipping will be through surface and not by express courier so it might take some time around 10 days to reach rest of India & 4 to5 days within Maharashtra main cities
Additional Courier charges will be applied if customer opts for express courier
- Standard Shipping: 10 to 12 business days (Rest of India)
- Within Maharashtra : 4 to 5 business days

Express Shipping: 5 to 7business days (additional charges apply per kg )
Incase parcel returns of any reason customer will have to bear the courier charges to resend it back again and if customer cancels the order courier charges will be deducted from customer principal amount before refund.
Tracking Orders:
A tracking link will be sent via email once courier guy picks up the parcel but most importantly customer must sign in in website and put the email id while confirming order along with address because if no email id provided, you wont get any details for order dispatch or status as we do not entertain customer on mobile phone or Whatsapp for tracking details so Make sure you give correct email id while ordering
