At ASC Fashion Store, we offer our products at wholesale, single-piece pricing — among the most competitive rates in the market. Because our pricing already reflects wholesale margins rather than standard retail markups, we are unable to offer the same flexible return and exchange terms typically provided by retail-priced stores.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted only in case of a genuine manufacturing defect
- The item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact
- A 360-degree uncut parcel opening video is mandatory. Returns will not be processed without this video as proof
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
The following are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
- Fabric quality preferences, colour variations, size preferences, or personal likes/dislikes
- Gift orders
- Customised or personalised orders
- Items without parcel opening video proof
How to initiate a return: Email cxsupport@ascfashionstore.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, reason for return, clear images of the defect, and the 360-degree uncut parcel opening video. Our team reviews requests within 6–12 business hours.
Refund & exchange timelines: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Exchanges are delivered within 7 business days after approval.
Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD): We offer a Partial Cash on Delivery option on select orders for the convenience of our customers.
- Under this option, the customer is required to pay 20% of the total order value online, in advance, at the time of placing the order. The remaining 80% is payable in cash to the delivery courier upon receipt of the order.
- This advance payment confirms and secures the order for dispatch.
- The 20% advance payment is strictly non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, or if the order is returned to origin (RTO) due to the customer being unreachable, providing an incorrect address, or otherwise failing to complete delivery.
- Partial COD advance payments are also non-refundable in case of order cancellation once the order has been dispatched.
- This policy exists to reduce fraudulent and frivolous COD orders and to ensure genuine customers receive priority processing and faster dispatch.
- By choosing the Partial COD payment option at checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
